Grupo Ministerial de Oeste de Buffalo is partnering with the New York State Department of Health, Western Regional Office to sponsor a Fall Day of Health. This wellness awareness day will be held on Buffalo’s Lower West Side.

The prevention quality indicators for this community demonstrate a need to educate residents on diabetes, asthma, respiratory illnesses and circulatory disease. For example, diabetes admissions to area hospitals are 190% higher compared to the rest of New York State. Join us in promoting healthy nutrition and preventative care by providing information or health screenings at this event. Together we can make a difference in our community.
