Sweet Grass Health and Wellness Foundation hosts its First Annual Health and Resource Fair which is free to the public. This community health fair will acquaint the public with what is available to them in terms of health, wellness and resources relating to community wellness. The objective is to:

  • Increase visibility of local, state, and national health and wellness resources in our community;
  • Icrease personal health awareness among participants;
  • Provide a variety of health screenings and educational materials; and
  • Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes.
